Rarepills.com will refund any order, exclusive of shipping costs, if the cancellation notice is received by email sent to info@rarepills.com prior to our shipping the order. Your name, billing address, phone number, and order number must be included in your email cancellation notice.
For orders that have already been shipped, Rarepills will refund the total order amount, exclusive of shipping costs, only if the product is returned to us within 14 days from the date of shipping and if the product is in new condition and the cellophane outer wrapping is unopened.
Orders will not be refunded for product that has been opened or where the cellophane outer wrapper has been cut or perforated.
For unopened product returns received after the 14-day grace period, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed in addition to the shipping cost.
